About the Program
ACHE of Central Florida is ecstatic to launch the 2nd year of the Volusia County Healthcare Leadership Development Program, made possible by a generous donation from the AdventHealth Deland and Fish Memorial Foundations! This program provides 6 early to mid-careerists the opportunity to jumpstart their healthcare leadership career through targeted educational programs, personalized mentoring and a one-year membership with ACHE.

Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor’s degree
>3 yrs Healthcare Experience
>1 yr Healthcare leader experience with direct reports, supervisory or above
Recommendation from Direct Report and/or Executive Leadership
