The healthcare environment is constantly changing and organizations must adapt in order to survive and thrive. For this to occur, organizations must maintain a strong and healthy workforce. This means organizations must hire team members from diverse backgrounds to maintain an adequate workforce. This diversity may include generational differences, cultural differences, and gender differences.

During this program, we will:

• Explore the differences between multi-generational team members and understand their unique challenges when working together.

• Look into the challenges and benefits of a culturally diverse team in the workplace.

• Explore the challenges, accommodations, and policies related to the alternate identity employee in the workplace.

By understanding these personal differences, healthcare leaders will be better equipped to successfully manage their teams and become stronger by embracing these differences.
