This means organizations must hire team members from diverse backgrounds to maintain an adequate workforce. This diversity may include generational differences, cultural differences, and gender differences.

Explore the differences between multi-generational team members and understand their unique challenges when working together.
Look into the challenges and benefits of a culturally diverse team in the workplace.
Explore the challenges, accommodations, and policies related to the alternate identity employee in the workplace.
By understanding these personal differences, healthcare leaders will be better equipped to successfully manage their teams and become stronger by embracing these differences.
